assemblies to your frame. Weigh animals by adding the kit to any animal holding
cage, crate, chute, or squeeze.

Turn a tank or mixer into a weighing vessel. Upgrade to the TR-1 to add
automatic weigh-batching of multiple materials. Hang the weighing vessel
by using the rod-end bearings instead of the ball-socket feet.
Add to conveyor section to make in-motion weighing or container filling.

Batch Control head 
The "Scale-it-Kit" is a kit of all the components needed to allow the user to make their own weighing device. The cells have load centering feet that can be leveled. All that is needed is to bolt the load-cells to the load bearing structure. For example, to make a platform or pallet scale, bolt the cells to a flat steel plate. Optional starter bars are available which connect two loadcells with channel steel, this provides a platform on which to mount awkward equipment such as cattle chutes, animal pens, tanks, hoppers, truck-beds, or any other vessel.
Load cell capacities range from 500 lbs each to 20,000 lbs each to make a system with a load capacity from 2000 lbs by 1/10 lb to 80,000 lbs by 5 lb resolution. The cables are wired to the summing box (supplied with the kit) and then a single cable attaches to the digital scale indicator
The system is shown with the basic TR-1-NK digital scale indicator. Any other type or brand of scale indicators can be used with the "Scale-it-Kit". Use with our TR-1 indicator for automatic batching, or a wide variety of special weighing applications.
